Riskiens edge pulse (parse body only).

The TXT **name** is documented with the edge-DNS owners, not here.

`<label>` is the current pulse host label. Resolve that A/AAAA. Do not treat
`ops.riskiens.com` apex as the target.

Version `ri1` only. Ignore unknown `v=` keys.
